The Power-Trialysis™ Slim-Cath™ 12 Fr triple lumen short-term dialysis catheter performs every bit as well as the original Power-Trialysis™ 13 Fr catheter—it just comes in a smaller size.1
BD offers a full line of acute dual and triple lumen dialysis catheters. Adding the Power-Trialysis™ Slim-Cath™ catheter to this product portfolio provides clinicians more options to meet patient needs.

Flexibility
- The oval shaft demonstrated better kink resistance than competitive triple lumen dialysis catheters.1
- The thermosensitive polyurethane catheter shaft provides stiffness during insertion but softens at body temperature.

- The third 17 gauge power- injectable lumen exits distal to the dialysis lumens, is easily identifiable, and provides additional access for multiple therapies.

- The Power-Trialysis™ Slim-Cath™ catheter reliably demonstrated flow rates of up to 400 mL/min and recirculation of less than 2% on average through simulated testing.1
- The full max barrier precaution trays enable clinicians to facilitate compliance with federal regulations and guidelines.

- Kink-resistant catheter design: To minimize kinking while providing stiffness for insertion.
- Symmetrical tip: Allows for recirculation of less than 2% on average in both forward and reverse directions.
- Flow rate:Of up to 400 mL/min at lesser pressure than competitive TL dialysis catheter
- Catheter length options : Catheters are available in 12.5 cm, 15 cm, 20cm, 24 cm, and 30 cm (lengths vary by catheter configuration)
- Kidney-shaped lumen design: To maximize flow and surface area, permits higher flows than competitive design1
- Dialysis (12 Ga) Lumens: Indicated for hemodialysis, hemoperfusion, and apheresis
- Third (17 Ga) Lumen: Exits distal to the dialysis lumens and is indicated for intravenous therapy including infusion of medication and blood draws, power injection of contrast media, and central venous pressure monitoring
