The Cue™ needle tracking system is designed to help you confidently guide the needle* to the vein by providing real-time tracking throughout the insertion process.

How Cue™ needle tracking works

1. Activate compatible needle, which magnetizes the needle, making it visible to the probe’s sensors.

2. Plan the pathway using real-time needle-tracking technology on the ultrasound image.

3. Track the needle down into your target, and then you can continue with the rest of your procedure.

Compatible with products you already know

The Cue™ needle tracking system, available on the Site~Rite® 8 ultrasound system, is compatible with the PowerGlide Pro™ midline catheter.

Intersection window and depth markers allow continuous targeting during placement

A window allows proper line-up and guidance to a vein, while markers show the real-time depth of the needle tip.

Interactive training process

Our training material includes an interactive tutorial that is self-paced for each individual need. Even for those unfamiliar with ultrasound, the clear direction is designed to be easy to follow.

A tool for nurses

The Cue™ needle tracking system is a great tool to assist nurses with ultrasound-guided vascular access and a skill that will follow them throughout their career.
